A partner model that rewards the introduction and the delivery
Keep the revenue from the consulting services you deliver
Partners can earn referral commission while providing their own implementation, automation, application-development and ongoing support services around AccessEXL.
Refer at least one new customer who begins a paid AccessEXL subscription and makes their first payment during the quarter, and we will refund your AccessEXL account fees for that quarter.
Help clients turn spreadsheet expertise into AI-native services
AI-native services make AI a core part of how work is delivered. Many organisations have valuable business logic spread across hundreds of spreadsheets, and partners can help identify the right models, prepare them for controlled access and build useful AI workflows around them.
- 1
Make approved models discoverable
Identify valuable workbooks, define their inputs and outputs, document their purpose and configure access for authorised users and agents.
- 2
Build services around selected models
Connect those models to workflows that gather information, perform calculations and prepare results for review. Start with one valuable use case, then expand as the client gains confidence.
Start with one model, then let the client choose what comes next
A large organisation has hundreds of spreadsheets supporting pricing, budgeting and project evaluation. Begin with a fixed-fee proof of concept using one suitable model. Demonstrate an AI-native service in the client's environment, confirm the access controls and validate the results. The client can then choose whether to extend the approach to more models, teams and services.
Potential partner engagements include model assessment, configuration, workflow development, staff training and ongoing support.

Partner terms
Read the full partner terms
- 20% commission on an attributed customer's subscription revenue.
- Commission applies to the customer's first 12 months only.
- Commission is calculated on subscription revenue after applicable tax. Usage charges are excluded.
- Commission is calculated quarterly using actual billing from the previous quarter.
- Referral attribution applies for 90 days from the referral link being used.
- Commission is only paid out once your accrued, unpaid balance reaches the minimum payment amount (currently $100), paid quarterly via Wise once that threshold is met.
- Refunds, credits, failed payments or cancellations are reflected in the relevant quarter.
- The account-fee refund requires the customer to begin a paid subscription and make their first payment during the quarter.
- Partners must provide accurate application and referral information, including their legal name (if different from their trading name), business location and tax residency, which AccessEXL needs to make payments via Wise.
- Declaring commission as income and paying tax on it in the partner's own country is the partner's responsibility, except for any amount AccessEXL is legally required to withhold. AccessEXL withholds 10% GST from commission paid to partners whose business is located in Australia.
- Australian partners must provide a valid ABN. Without one, AccessEXL is required to withhold 47% of commission payments instead of the usual GST amount.
- AccessEXL will issue a Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) for the commission paid to an Australian partner each quarter, and the partner will not issue their own tax invoice for that commission. This applies only while the partner is registered for GST; a partner must notify AccessEXL promptly if they cease to be registered for GST or if their ABN or GST-registration status changes, and AccessEXL will notify the partner if it ceases to be registered for GST. By applying, an Australian partner confirms the ABN and GST-registration status they provide is correct and current.
- A partner cannot make representations on behalf of AccessEXL or Access Analytic unless authorised in writing.
Commission example
If eligible subscription revenue recorded for a quarter is A$1,000 after applicable tax and excluding usage charges, the partner commission for that quarter is A$200.
